The MAXIMA VMC-850 is a high-rigidity vertical machining center engineered for demanding job shops and production lines. With a generous 850×500×500 mm work envelope, 10,000 RPM BT40 spindle, and 24-tool armless ATC, it delivers the perfect balance of precision, productivity, and value.
Built for Production
The VMC-850 features Meehanite cast iron construction, box ways on Y-axis for maximum rigidity, and FEA-optimized structure. The 7.5 kW spindle with thermal compensation maintains ±0.005 mm positioning accuracy even during long production runs.
Controller Options
Choose between FANUC 0i-MF Plus (industry standard, widely supported) or Siemens 828D (advanced multi-axis control). Both include free CAM post-processor development for Mastercam, NX, and SolidWorks CAM.
